A comprehensive rail specific Station Security Manual that provides architects designers engineers and station managers with recommendations for station security options proportional to the risk assessment outcome

Creation of communications materials to support the Joint Undertaking’s communications strategy

Communications and Marketing plan implementation and creation of materials to raise the profile of IN2STEMPO and the Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking which may include newsletters, presentations, and videos.

Data Protection Impact Assessment

This deliverable will present a data protection impact assessment to be undertaken before the large-scale trial in Warsaw West station is initiated. This will advise on data collection, storage, protection, retention and destruction and compliance with national and EU legislation.

Current specifications and technical problems with Platform Train Interface

Reference use cases, scenarios & KPI for standard & emergency operations

This deliverable will contain a description of the topics selected and their relevance with respect to crowd management in large station in normal and emergency operations, the detailed reference use cases and their plausible variants, the description of equipment and data sources required (in functional terms) to assert and experiment the use cases, the KPI selection and definition for outcomes measurement and validation (output of task 6.1).
