Report defining the final outcomes of the integrated demonstrators and possible route to market. This will include a consolidation of outputs from the energy subproject.

System application rules

This deliverable describes and explains the use cases chosen (existing relevant site / substations). This deliverable covers also the necessary implementation design specification parameter for implementation of this use cases (outputs of tasks 3.2 and 3.8).

Improvement of small stations regarding smart solutions, digitalization, ticketing technologies

Report on validated smart solutions, digitalization and ticketing technologies. A description of pilot project system specifications, pilot project operational implementation plan and a report of the pilot project evaluation and results.

Creation of communications materials to support the Joint Undertaking's communications strategy

Communications and Marketing plan implementation and creation of materials to raise the profile of IN2STEMPO and the Shift2Rail Joint Undertaking which may include newsletters, presentations, and videos.

Data Protection Impact Assessment

This deliverable will present a data protection impact assessment to be undertaken before the large-scale trial in Warsaw West station is initiated. This will advise on data collection, storage, protection, retention and destruction and compliance with national and EU legislation.

Mid-term Integration Plan

Plan to be produced to map how the energy integrated demonstrator will be delivered including interface with relevant Open Calls for TDs 3.9 and 3.10.Plan to be produced to map how the station demonstrator will be delivered including interface with relevant Open Calls for TD3.11.

A database providing specification requirements and optimal combinations of glass and fixings that provide different levels of security depending on the risk assessment.

Current specifications and technical problems with Platform Train Interface

Report covering the outputs of tasks 8.1 and 8.2 including list of legislation related to the distance between platform and rolling stock with current solutions. It also includes identifying technical problems associated with access to trains from platforms and results from the surveys.

Specifications with full thematic approach on existing situations with catalogue

Report on the requirements and specifications for materials and other solutions used in the construction process with catalogue of design prototypes of small railway stations, using materials, environmental solutions, technologies validated and recommended during these studies.

Rail Industry CCTV Specification Options and User Competency & Training Requirements

Technical manual providing different options and associated benefits/limitations for the specification of CCTV based on threat and vulnerability assessment.

Final report on recommended strategies for Platform Train Interface

Final report includes PTI strategies basis on synthesis of carry out analysis and research of each tasks with recommendations technical solutions and possibilities to supplement TSI PRM.

Demonstrators

Final report gathering feedback and knowledge gained within the implementation of the concept demonstrators of new materials, components, smart solutions, digitalization, ticketing technologies and methods of cost optimization of maintenance.

Demonstrator Implementation and Test Report

This deliverable gives the results from implementation tests (task 2.3). It covers also rules for application for other systems (Tasks 2.5 and 2.6).

Report on the demonstration and assessment of the functional operation of the developed technology modules, ODM and software modules and user applications/decision support tools in the uses cases.

Dissemination and exploitation plan for IN2STEMPO

Report defining the project dissemination, communication and exploitation strategies including the events and conferences to be targeted for dissemination opportunities.

Reference use cases, scenarios & KPI for standard & emergency operations

This deliverable will contain a description of the topics selected and their relevance with respect to crowd management in large station in normal and emergency operations, the detailed reference use cases and their plausible variants, the description of equipment and data sources required (in functional terms) to assert and experiment the use cases, the KPI selection and definition for outcomes measurement and validation (output of task 6.1). This deliverable will include the outcomes of the Open Call project S2R-OC-IP3-02-2017 (Crowd Flow Analysis in large Train Station areas).

Proposals of technical solutions to improve accessibility to trains for all groups of passengers and for passengers with reduce mobility PRM

Report covering the outputs of tasks 8.3 and 8.4 including the set of proposals for technical solutions related to platforms not suitable for all rail passenger rolling stock. These proposals will be based on conclusions of public consultations and possible projects of supplements for TSI PRM.
