Communication support material (leaflet, poster and video)

The facts and background of PIXEL in accessible language. The leaflet, poster and video will be updated on M18 and on M36. Associated task: T9.1

PIXEL Models v1

This deliverable includes a description of the overall methodology for the environmental management of the port and a description of the models, algorithms and numerical methods selected for each task. These models will be presented in a standardized notation to define precisely the methodology. Associated task: T4.1, T4.2, T4.3 and T4.4.

Predictive Algorithms v1

Deliverable document will contain the development of new prediction and forecasting algorithms in the ports where the need is greatest: to allocate energy in more efficient way and to forecast the infrastructure needs and trend of environmental pollution in the ports. For different sectors within ports there are different requirements and thus various predictive models/algorithms will be constructed to include different conditions. The proposed algorithms will be applied using available data measurements to test their performance and forecasting quality. Associated task: T4.5.

Virtual Presence

Creation of Social Network Profiles (Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook); and the web site. Associated task: T9.1.

PIXEL data acquisition, information hub and data representation v1

This deliverable will be the main asset of software documentation of the project, including data sources, collecting mechanisms, technologies, protocols, the operational analytics engine and tools and the visualization and notification module – First release will include the report about software mechanisms, for data acquisition and description of the performance of a service in the port area. Furthermore, the first release is expected to include a technological state of art, a short description of the technology developed and the software itself. Second version, the design of integrated information system, the theoretical representation of data and the requirements will be described. Generically, first version will contain software prototypes while the second will provide the final products. Associated task: T6.2, T6.3, T6.4, T6.5 and T6.6.

PEI Definition and Algorithms v1

This deliverable will include a manual which will detail the methodology for PEI adoption and algorithms for computing PEI. In addition, a windows based software will be developed for PEI computation, tracking and reporting. Associated task: T5.3

PIXEL Information system architecture and design v1

This document, released in two versions (preliminary architecture and final architecture), will report about all the analysis and design activities performed to precisely specify the implementation tasks. Associated task: T6.1.

Evaluation Plan

This document will present the evaluation plan to be used for guiding PIXEL’s impact assessment activities. Associated task: T8.1

Integration Report v1

This document will report about the integration activities in two versions. It will include test plans (individual, module and integration), the different integration environments (lab, real scenario, real data). It will report of all the pilot integration activities including technical, organizational and operational aspects. Associated task: T7.1, T7.2, T7.3, T7.4, T7.5 and 7.6

PIXEL Requirements Analysis

State of the art review and the stakeholders and market analysis regarding PIXEL technologies and solutions. This deliverable will include an Analysis of the state of the art of port environmental issues, how they affect ports depending on their kind of activities, the present-day solutions covering these issues and their impact in each PIXEL use-case. Associated task: T3.4.

Project Management Report v1

Periodical management report summarizing the development and particularities of the Project Management. These deliverables will include the risk policy, forecasted and detected risks and the mitigation measures. Associated task: T2.1, T2.2, T2.3 and T2.4.

Dissemination Plan

This deliverable will reflect and formalize the events, scientific actions and industrial dissemination planned. In this document, a comprehensive description of the PIXEL’s role in every industrial niche, scientific forum and public exposure in order to maximize both innovation and impact. Associated task: T9.1, T9.2, T9.3 and T9.4.

Stakeholders and market analysis report

State of the art review and the stakeholders and market analysis regarding PIXEL technologies and solutions. This deliverable will include an Analysis of the state of the art of port environmental issues, how they affect ports depending on their kind of activities, the present-day solutions covering these issues and their impact in each PIXEL use-case. Associated task: T3.1.

Use cases and scenarios manual v1

Definition of use cases and different scenarios to deploy the PIXEL proposal. Every use-case definition will be accompanied by documentation devoted to gather every regulatory aspect related to the ports regarding the scope of the project, especially those referring to the pilots. Associated task: T3.2 and T3.3.

Data Management Plan v1

will include information required in the Guidelines for Data Management in Horizon 2020. Associated task: T2.5.

Environmental factors and mapping to pilots

This deliverable will include a set of well-defined environmental aspects of port operations and the respective KPIs. Also the application of PEI to ports with a discussion of the opportunities and constraints for PEI adoptions. Associated task: T5.1 and T5.2.
