D13.1 Periodical assessment of the services

The report provides assessment and statistics of all services provided under virtual access.

D4.2 Operational Infrastructure Roadmap

This report will summarise the steps and the timeline for the implementation of the full operations framework of the EOSC-hub infrastructure. It will describe how operations coordination will be organised and what are the main requirements for the operational tools that support the operations activities.

D5.1 Initial maintenance and integration plan for federation and collaboration services

This document provides the introduction to the collaborative services and infrastructure and outlines the roadmap for initial integration with timelines and expected technical results. It describes the current status of collaborative services and tools and foreseen integration activities and collaborative work of service providers.

D12.1 Procurement requirements and demand assessment

Analysis of procurement requirements, demand assessment, buying schedule of selected organisations, identification of early adopters for the procurement and purchasing framework, definition of business models suitable for the selected scenarios with identification of the related funding and payment schemes.

D2.2 Final EOSC-hub Strategy plan

Second version of the Strategy Plan, containing a high-level description of the strategic direction and ambition of EOSC-Hub, serving as strategic guidance for the project as a whole. Additionally, it will make the project’s intentions publicly available in a transparent way.

D10.1 EOSC Hub Technical Roadmap v1

This document will draft the first version of the Service Roadmap. It will provide details about each chosen service in the EOSC-Hub catalogue with their features, capabilities and information about development status.

D4.1 Operational requirements for the services in the catalogue

This document will summarise the common requirements that will be applied to the services in the EOSC-hub catalogue to be considered production, be exposed to the users, and to be integrated with the EOSC-hub operations infrastructure.

D2.6 First Service roadmap, service portfolio and service catalogue

This report presents the first version of the EOSC-Hub service roadmap, the service portfolio and the service catalogue. The document also describes the service portfolio management process established within the project.

D13.2 Periodical assessment of the services

The report provides assessment and statistics of all services provided under virtual access.

D6.2 First report on the maintenance and integration of common services

Report on the status of the common services software maintenance and adaptations according to the first maintenance and integration plans that covers the tasks 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and T6.4. The plan for quality testing and continuous delivery will be discussed.

D3.1 EOSC-Hub Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Plan

Definition of the strategy for communicating and engaging with the internal and external stakeholders targeted by the project. The plan, a living document from M5 to project completion, will define different potential levels of engagement and outline the different communication plans for each stakeholder, including details of the action plans and implementation steps and timing. Detailed KPIs and metrics will be provided to monitor the effectiveness of the plan.

D5.3 1st Report on maintenance and integration of federation and collaboration services

This report describes the work done during the first year of the project. It provides the assessment of the initial integration work with focus on AAI services and results, performance and availability of the services, ongoing activities and updated work plan.

D1.5 Data Management Plan

A report that will specify how research publications and data will be collected, processed, monitored, catalogued, and disseminated during the project lifetime.

D11.1 Training materials about common services and thematic services

The document outlines the initial training plan that will be delivered during the project, and provides a first set of training contents, about each common and thematic services, that will be available in the online catalogue.
