Deliverables
The analysis is directed towards dominant images of public and private transport, on political priorities, conflicts and resistance towards change while focusing on the intersections between gender and diversity in transport. It will pay particular attention to discourses of Smart Transport and entrepreneurship and identify how problems and potentials are represented. The analysis will provide specific evidence for a diversity of gendered variations from East to West, North to South of Europe. Effects of uneven and unequal investments and facilities will also be addressed.
Literature review and qualitative research case studies to understand barriers and opportunities for women in employment
Review of observatories or other facilities which deal with related issues to extract best practices and build synergies
Experiences of female entrepreneursleaders in smart transport to develop programmes mentorship and a network of new leaders in the field One or more case studies will be developed by each national hub and then used in the TInnGIdLabs to inspire a diversity of women to talk about the innovation and needs of and in smart transport
Report focussing on the upcoming opportunities and implications for skills shortages for differemt educational and career paths.
Report of the materials which will be available from M20 to project end
A report on the different impact assessment methods appropriate to the project
Review of existing methods and tools for gender impact assessment and related tools in impact assessment and in appraisal.
As a result of the work of the hubs an extensive knowledge map is produced, which compiles the findings from the work of the national hubs. This reflects the current, Europe-wide state of knowledge and practical experience in the field of gender smart mobility
The report will document activities in four case studies in hubs in Sweden UK Portugal and Romania
Analysis of gender diversity in research groups, sampling and outputs of academic teams and the potential of gender bias in research
The tools will consist of specifications and gender equality indicators adapted for the transport infrastructure context, e.g. to measure infrastructure development projects
The workshop will educate all TInnGO project partners in applying gender and diversity focus in digital methods and agent-based modelling.
The report will present the barriers and possibilities of greater inclusion of diverse groups of women in transportrelated job It will further provide new role models for future representations of Gender Smart Mobility
Demonstration material with and for companies and other actors that show gender and diversity sensitive planning or gender smart transport solutions is a worthwhile investment Tools developed in WP6 will be used and validated in national hubs and TInnGIdLabs successes and failures will be documented and analysed
Final version of the TinnGo Observatory
Specialized data collection and data visualization tools to assist researchers in their genderrelated studies and analyses intersectional activitybased etc including both a webbased platform to manage launch and monitor genderrelated survey campaigns as well as corresponding web and smartphone applications to facilitate the submission of the related questionnaires
Visual and future oriented educational material will be launched and be introduced to all hubs and laboratories as well as website and social media
The project will establish and maintain a global Data Repository to securely store pre-existing datasets in standard and common formats as well as to facilitate the targeted collection of new datasets from all national hubs, including relevant publications and research outcomes
