Project description
Studying how AI can lead to better healthcare
Artificial intelligence (AI) applications are transforming how care is delivered. From wearables and medical devices to data-related platforms and services, AI can simplify the lives of doctors and patients. The EU-funded PhilHumans project will investigate novel AI methods for human-machine interaction in the personal health domain through a well-designed and well-structured research training programme. Specifically, this international, inter-sectoral, interdisciplinary project will provide Marie Skłodowska-Curie PhD Fellowships to eight Early Stage Researchers (ESRs), with the potential to become the leaders of tomorrow's innovative AI and establish user interaction with their personal health devices in an advanced way. The project will require interdisciplinary understanding – from cognitive computing to (deep) machine learning and business development.
