Protecting privacy when sharing data
The continuous evolution of ICT is enabling the realisation of architectures that support collaborative data sharing and analytics, providing great benefits from the personal to the business, research, and social domains. However, private and public institutions need ways to share data without compromising sensitive personal information. The EU-funded MOSAICrOWN project will enable data sharing and collaborative analytics in multi-owner scenarios in a privacy-preserving way, ensuring proper protection of private, sensitive and confidential information. The goal is to provide agile, deployable solutions allowing data owners to have control of the data sharing process by enabling selective and sanitised disclosure. The related advances will fully unlock efficient and privacy-aware collaborative computations.
