The proposal will be implemented together with the University of Freiburg research team dealing with the legal comparative aspect of tour package contract.
As well as providing a deeper knowledge of European Member States (EUMS) legal system, the training in Freiburg will be the occasion to compare different research approaches.
A deep knowledge of the issues on tour package is important for the service industry.
This is particularly important with regard to the italian socioeconomic reality, where the small and medium enterprise (SME) has a central roll. Furthermore tourism is one of the biggest entry in italian gross internal product (GIP) and, at the same time, it will be a realistic development, especially for our less favourite regions.
