Use of nmr spectroscopy in combination with computational methods on systems of biological interest

Objective

Expected results:
* publications and patent applications, presentation of the results at international conferences, annual reports to EU,
* graduate and post-doc education,
* development of new methods to study metabolism of carbohydrates, complex enzymatic reactions, characterization of protein folding, peptidomimetic drugs and glycopeptides antibiotics,
* summer school on NMR and molecular modelling, and NMR conference.
