Chemometrical treatment of toxic compounds-endocrine disrupters

Objective

Post-graduate (post-doc) Marie Curie fellowship available. The topic of the research training is the study of molecular structures - biological activity relationship. The biological activities related to endocrine disruption will be considered. Different computer programs for treatment of molecular structures, for calculation of various molecular descriptors, and for different modeling methods are available. A mentorship and training in quantum chemistry, calculation of descriptors and chemo metrics on pre- or post-doc level is offered to fellows. The fellows are encouraged to the intensive use of Internet, Web of Science and on-line libraries, and also to follow the EU Commission regulations regarding the endocrine disrupters. A solid knowledge of computational chemistry and enthusiasm to work with computers is required. The team of the research group offers a pleasant working atmosphere, with many intra-laboratory and international connections.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
