Multilingual Urban Network for the Integration of City Planners and Involved local Actors; MUNICIPIA
The project provides a virtual meeting place for local actors and public administrations for sharing initiatives in urban planning and development, thus providing a "network of networks".
MUNICIPIA has been available commercially since 1998 in Italy: this is an urban management platform for public authorities. Based on the Internet World Wide Web, MUNICIPIA improves exchange of experiences between European, National and Local authorities and actors on urban and regional issues.
