This report will give an analysis of the field trial results and assesses the performance and usability of our approach. This report will also present recommendations on how the framework can be utilized for providing industrial internet related applications. In addition, the techno-economic assessment will be presented.
Field trial resultsThis report will describe in detail the execution of the Trial in the selected wind park and its respective sub-systems.
Data Management Plan (DMP)The DMP is an outcome of task 1.3. It is compliant to the DMP template provided by EC. It gives guidance for publication of any type of result to all project partners. It specifies in detail the publication level of each project related results, and deliverables according to criteria like privacy (e.g., customer data), safety (e.g., operational safety concerns of industrial plants), security, as well as intellectual property. It will also define the data quality related parameters, how data will be collected, stored, accessed, exchanged, as well as how data approved for publication can be used by others. The DMP will be created within the first six months of the project and is subject to regular reviews and updates within D1.1.1-D1.1.5.
Initial plan for impact creation and exploitationThis report includes the initial plan for the exploitation and the respective first year activities.
Dissemination PlanThis deliverable contains a plan for all deliverables we foresee during the project. The Dissemination Plan is part of the project management documents and thus, it will be reviewed on a regular base and updated if appropriate.
Field Trial Scenarios KPIs and methodology definitionThis deliverable will be used as baseline for the evaluation of the project results, specifically, the prototype demonstration in the operational environment.
Final community outreach assessmentThis report includes the overall project activities for dissemination and standardization, as well as an assessment of the results of the coordination with other EU initiatives.
Trial scenario definitions and evaluation methodology specificationThis report will describe in details the scenarios for the experiments and trials, as well as a methodology for the evaluation and validation of the results.
Final project reportThis deliverable report management achievements and actions during the report interval, as well as cost statements of the project, and allocation of funds according to contracted schedule. The final report will also summarize project results with references to corresponding deliverables created in technical work packages.
Innovation Management Plan (IMP)The Innovation Management Plan captures activities and processes related to identification and realization of innovation (e.g. business plan). It defines and governs interactions of business related project activities (e.g., the techno-economic analysis), the industry partners, as well as the technical tasks with the objective of successfully implementing the innovation of industrial SDN and NFV. The Innovation Management Plan enables the project consortium to identify and respond to external or internal innovation opportunities. The Innovation Management Plan will be created within the first 6 months of the project and will be reviewed regularly within D1.1.1-D1.1.5 activities and updated if required.
Detailed Intra-Domain SDN & NFV architectureThis deliverable gives a detailed specification of the intra-domain architecture based inputs from WP2.
Interim report on community outreach activitiesThis report includes the second year activities for dissemination, standardization and coordination with other EU initiatives.
Interim report on exploitation activitiesThis report includes the interim updated plan for the exploitation and the respective second year activities.
Year 2 project reportThis deliverable report management achievements and actions during the report interval, as well as cost statements of the project, allocation of funds according to contracted schedule, and plans for the next period.
Project Quality Management Plan (QMP)VirtuWind’s Quality Management Plan defines quality levels and standards for the project’s key deliverables and quality related processes of the project’s prototype implementation. Furthermore, the QMP and defines quality objectives, as well as the quality control and assurance activities, including tools and roles and responsibilities. The QMP will be applied to all project deliverables and work processes and also describes reporting lines of quality control and assurance problems.
Techno-economic framework and cost modelsThis deliverable provides the techno-economic framework of the target solution. The required data to populate the framework will be gathered in WP5.
Year 1 project reportThis deliverable will report management achievements and actions during the report interval, as well as cost statements of the project, allocation of funds according to contracted schedule, and plans for the next period.
Detailed Inter-domain SDN ArchitectureThis deliverable gives a detailed specification of the inter-domain architecture based on the high-level architecture defined in WP2.
Final plan for exploitationThis report includes the final plan for the exploitation of project’s results, as well as the overall assessment of the project’s exploitation activities.
This report will present the specifications of SDN and NFV integration both for intra-domain and for inter-domain operations that will be developed and deployed for the trial.
