Objetivo

Ample evidence suggests that the cryptozoic kinesis Raff-1 and B-Raff are key players in regulated and deregulated proliferation. I plan to use conventional and conditional gene ablation to study the role(s) of these molecules in established transformation models in vivo and in vitro.
