The European Commission, DG XVII, has published a call for tender for the provision of advisory services to assist in the coordination and technical and scientific follow-up of contracts under the Non-nuclear Energy RTD programme (JOULE-THERMIE), in the field of fossil fuels.

This invitation to tender is divided into three lots:

- Clean technologies for solid fuels;
- Clean technologies for solid fuels: Targeted projects and major projects;
- Exploration, production and transport of hydrocarbons (oil and natural gas).

Tenderers may submit tenders for more than one of the three lots above, however each lot must be the subject of a separate tender, and all tenders must cover the entire lot to which they relate. Contracts will last for 18 months.
