The Commission of the European Communities, DG XIII (Telecommunications, Information Industries and Innovation), publishes an invitation to tender for a market study concerning the creation of European access points to information services ('Info Euro Access Points'). The selected contractor shall carry out a qualitative and quantitative market study of the envisaged access points and organize a workshop to present the results of this market study to the different market actors.
