Calibration of personal dosemeters
In order to establish basic procedures for the calibration of personal dosemeters used in mixed electron-photon fields, the European Commission, DG XI, has published an invitation to tender for a study on these issues. The study should provide procedures to be used for elaborating international standards or norms for the calibration of personal dosemeters used for the measurement of the new quantities in radiation protection. The study should be completed within 18 months.
