Nanoforum Launches Survey on Nanotechnology Commercialization

Nanoforum, Europe’s Nanotechnology Gateway (www.nanoforum.org), is conducting a survey to identify barriers and offer advice to the European Commission as to the measures which could be put in place to assist Europe in commercializing nanotechnologies.

Nanoforum, Europe’s Nanotechnology Gateway (www.nanoforum.org) is conducting a survey to identify barriers and offer advice to the European Commission as to the measures which could be put in place to assist Europe in commercializing nanotechnologies. The survey can be found at: http://www.euronanotrade.com/news/nfsurvey.doc(opens in new window) The survey is being sent widely to the European community and its outcomes will be discussed at a dedicated workshop to be held during EuroNanoForum2007 on June 21, 2007, in Düsseldorf. A report will be published following this workshop, detailing the results of the questionnaire and discussions, and providing recommendations for the Commission and other key policy and decision-makers. Survey responses must be submitted by 25th May 2007 to the European Nanotechnology Trade Alliance (preferably via e-mail to del.stark@euornanotrade.com).
