In order to improve the access of SMEs to electronic commerce, the European Commission, DG XXIII, has issued an invitation to tender for a project, divided into two lots. These are as follows: - Lot 1: project on on-line business information on electronic commerce for SMEs of all sectors; - Lot 2: study on best business sites. Applicants may submit tenders for one or both lots, however tenders for each lot must be submitted separately. The contract for the first lot will run for a duration of twelve months, while the contract for the second lot will last for six months.
