Authorizations for State aid pursuant to Articles 92 and 93 of the EEC Treaty are granted to, inter alia: - Spain (Catalonia): An aid scheme in the form of outright grants to industry, for the reduction and elimination of water pollution, involving State support during 1992 of ECU 11.6 million at a maximum intensity of up to 30% gross. - Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen): A programme of grants to investors in energy saving techniques (use of renewable energy resources). Total State aid of ECU 16 million during 1992 will be given at an intensity of up to 50% for demonstration projects and up to 25% for dissemination projects. - Germany (Niedersachsen): Grants for energy conservation and rational energy use, at an intensity of 10% to 30% (in exceptional cases 50%) to a total of ECU 10 million per year will be awarded up to the end of 1994.
