INNO Learning Platform: Call for research on good innovation policy practices in the USA, Canada and Australia

The INNO Learning Platform launches a call for tenders to identify and present good practices from overseas areas (i.e. the USA, Canada and Australia) in five innovation policy areas, with a deadline of 20 October 2008.

The areas covered by this call are:
- policies in support of world-class clusters;
- policies in support of innovation in services;
- policies in support of high-growth innovative SMEs;
- policies in support of the internationalization of innovative SMEs and
- possibilities to associate private actors more to public innovation support programmes (public-private partnerships in support of innovation).

For each of the selected good practices within the above mentioned areas, the following two deliverables should be provided:

- A detailed description of the good practice.
- A transferability assessment to the European context.

Deadline for the submission of applications: The call is open from the date of publication until the 20th of October 2008.

The remuneration of the services to be provided is € 35,000.00 (thirty five thousand euros).

The tasks are to be performed from October 2008 to February 2009, with an interim report by the end of November 2008.
