The Commission of the European Communities issues an invitation to tender in the framework of the PHARE programme for the supply in seven lots of equipment for the establishment of an ambient-air monitoring system in the "Black Triangle" (Upper Silesia, Northern Bohemia and Saxony). Training must also be provided.

Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the Member States and of Albania, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Romania. Supplies offered must originate in these States.
