Commission seeks experts for the ESPRIT programme
The European Commission, DG III, has published a call for expression of interest to participate in an upcoming tender for experts to assist with the EU's specific RTD programme in the field of Information Technologies (ESPRIT). The assistance sought will support clusters of electronic commerce projects and in particular the technological aspects such as building blocks in electronic payments, copyright management, transaction handling, intelligent agents and secure electronic commerce.
