How good is your knowledge of environmental research?

Test your knowledge with the Science for Environment Policy quiz Science for Environment Policy challenges you to test your environmental expertise with its new online quiz.

If you know your renewable energy from your recoverable waste, understand the true value of nature or think you have heard every possible climate change solution there is, then this quiz is for you. To take the test, go to: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/integration/research/newsalert/quiz.htm As well as testing knowledge, the quiz also provides the opportunity to learn a number of essential facts about the important world of environmental science and policy. The quiz was originally created by the team behind the Science for Environment Policy news service for delegates at this year’s Green Week conference, held by the European Commission. It proved so popular they decided to put it online for everyone to have a go. Science for Environment Policy is a free news service from the European Commission’s DG Environment. Edited by the Science Communication Unit at the University of the West of England, it presents the latest policy-relevant research in easy-to-understand language. News Alerts are emailed weekly to subscribers. To subscribe to the service, send an email to sfep@uwe.ac.uk or visit the news alert website at: http://ec.europa.eu/environment/integration/research/research_alert_en.htm
