Recent authorizations for State aid, (cases where the Commission raises no objections), include the following Spanish RTD-related projects: - Scheme to promote industrial design: Investment, training and advisory services (ECU 17.9 million. The estimated total for the scheme is ECU 124.8 million, 1992-1995). - Promotion of international industrial cooperation between enterprises on the part of the Ministry of Industry and Energy (ECU 8.2 million per year, 1992-1993). - National plan for industrial waste: Grants for hazardous industrial waste management to legal and natural persons (ECU 6.2 million in 1992). - Catalonia: Aid scheme in favour of recycling and reuse of waste materials (ECU 3.1 million per year, 1992-1994).
