Online survey on Socio-economic Sciences and Humanities (SSH) in FP7 - extended deadline !

The project NET4SOCIETY is calling on researchers and stakeholders from around the world to share their views and experiences with the socio-economic sciences and humanities research in the first half of the 7th European Framework Programme. To facilitate this, a public online survey has been opened. The deadline for the survey has now been extended to 8 September, 2010.

The survey particularly targets socio-economic and humanities researchers who have either submitted proposals in FP7 or gained experience in FP5 or FP6. Researchers who follow European research yet deliberately decided against participating in FP7 are also welcomed to share their insights. The results of the survey will help to draw up recommendations on how to improve conditions for SSH researchers in FP7 and beyond and will feed into a report on “SSH experiences with FP7”. Participation in the survey therefore presents a unique opportunity for researchers and stakeholders to give feedback to the European Commission. The deadline for the online survey has been extended and the survey will now be open until 8 September 2010. The survey is undertaken in the context of the FP7-funded project NET4SOCIETY. NET4SOCIETY is the international network of National Contact Points (NCP) for SSH in FP7. The survey is available at www.net4society.eu/survey.
