The Commission of the European Communities issues a call for tenders on behalf of he Government of Hungary for a project financed by the PHARE programme for the supply in thirteen lots of hardware and software for an agricultural extension service projects. The lots include electronic mail system and communication software, farm management software, CD-ROM workstations, hardware development for a farm accountancy system, computer and video equipment for a number of Hungarian universities.
