The European Commission can take projects submitted by Central and Eastern European countries (CEECs) into account within the framework of the Business Angels call for tenders to be closed on 30 September 1999.

As a result, EURADA, the European Association of Development Agencies, has invited interested agencies to contact EURADA to work out a specific work programme.
