CORDIS adds German and UK regions to website
The Saarland region in Germany and the East Midlands in the UK are the two latest regions to feature on the CORDIS "Research & Innovation in the Regions" service. These webpages provide those interested with useful information on local and regional research, technological development and innovation strategies and infrastructures. The site of the East Midlands in the UK gives details regarding research and innovation opportunities in the region, which covers five counties and four unitary authorities with a population of 4.1 million people. Information regarding the East Midlands RITTS (Regional Innovation and Technology Transfer Strategy) is also available on the site.
