Welcome to the EFFORT Newsletter 10!

The EFFORT Project standing for "Ecology from Farm to Fork of microbial drug Resistance and Transmission" has issued edition 10 of its newsletters. In this edition, the consortium gives an overview of the pre-final version of the EFFORT International Conference programme. As a reminder, the event, entitled Antimicrobial Resistance in the Food Chain - From Science to Policy, is taking place on 26-28 November at Utrecht in the Netherlands.

In this issue, the following topics have been brought forward: - The findings of Work Package 4 dealing with the epidemiological analysis of risk factors for antimicrobial resistance. - The written interview with Elisabeth Erlacher-Vindel from the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) about EFFORT in the international context. - The dissemination activities with the most recent accepted publications. - The EFFORT Project International Conference: highlighting its pre-final programme and inviting you to register if not already done.
