Official Journal publishes FP5 Decisions
The Official Journal of the European Communities has now published the text of the Decisions adopted by the Council of the European Communities, on 25 January 1999, on the programmes to be run under the umbrella of the Fifth Framework Programme (FP5) for Research, Development and Demonstration (RTD) activities for the period 1998 to 2002.
