On 28 December 1992 the Breydel building in Brussels will be connected to the Commission's new telephone network.
This will be the last of the Commission office buildings to be connected. Hence, all Commission numbers in Brussels will from this date have the initial digits +32-2-29xxxxx replacing +32-2-23xxxxx as was previously the case.
