RTD in the field of Human Capital and Mobility
Following the Council Decisions on the Third Framework Programme of Community activities in the field of research and technological development (1990/94), the Commission of the European Communities invites proposals within the framework of the specific programme in the field of Human Capital and Mobility. The present call concerns two of the four activities carried out within this programme. These are: - A Community system of research training fellowships and fellowships to institutes - Access to large-scale scientific and technical facilities. The general objective of the programme is to increase the quantity and quality of human resources available for research and technological development within the Community. It covers all fields of the exact and natural sciences and those fields of the economic, social and human sciences that are relevant to European competitiveness.
