Commission calls for final evaluation of LEONARDO DA VINCI
An invitation to tender for the evaluation of the first phase of the LEONARDO DA VINCI vocational training programme has been published in the Official Journal. This will be the final external evaluation of the programme. The objective of the call for tender is an evaluation of the first phase (1995-1999) of the LEONARDO DA VINCI Community programme for vocational training. The Commission will use the results of the external evaluation, together with reports from participating states, when it prepares its final report on the programme. The evaluation should mainly cover the implementation, the output and the impact of the programme in all participating states, and at Community level, during the period 1995 to 1999. The analysis should be made from a European perspective and should include economic, institutional organizational and financial dimensions or the programme. The results of the first phase of the programme should be analyzed within its own terms of reference but also with a view to the emerging structures of the second phase of LEONARDO DA VINCI. Proposers may not submit offers for a part or parts only of the services required. For further information, please contact: European Commission DG XXII, Education, Training and Youth Unit B2 rue de la Loi 200 B-1049 Brussels Fax +32-2-2957830 E-mail: tomas.niklasson@dg22.cec.be
