The Commission of the European Communities issues a tender on behalf of the Government of Bulgaria in the framework of the PHARE programme for the provision in four lots of: - Five fixed air samplers in a network; - One environmental TLD system; - Seven high resolution spectroscopy systems; - One ultra low level liquid scintillation counting system. Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the Member States of the European Community , or of Albania, Bulgaria, Czech and Slovak Republics, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania. Supplies offered must originate in the above States.
