The Slovak Republic wants to participate in FP5
A Proposal for a Council Decision concerning the Community position regarding the association of the Slovak Republic to Community programmes in the field of Research, Technological development and Demonstration (RTD) and to programmes for research and training activities has been published in the Official Journal. The European Commission first submitted the Proposal on 25 February 1999. The Proposal suggests that the Council should take the position established by the Association Council concerning the participation of the Slovak Republic in the Fifth Framework Programme and in the Fifth Euratom Framework Programme.
