Observatory reviews Health and Safety Directives
The Observatory on the Application of Community Health and Safety Directives of the European Trade Union Technical Bureau for Health and Safety (TUTB) has updated three reports on implementing such legislation in different Member States. These reports are available as follows: - Stress, well-being and the Framework directive. The Dutch Experience (available in English, Price 15 euro); - Carcinogens in the Working Environment. The Implementation of Directive 90/394/EEC in Germany (available in English and German, Price 20 euro); - Working with VDUs. The Implementation of Directive 90/270/EEC in Sweden and Germany (available in English, 15 euro) A fourth report in the series will be available shortly in English and French, analysing the implementation of the Framework Directive in public services in Austria, Spain, France and the United Kingdom.
