Consumer law and the Information Society
The European Commission, DG XXIV, has recently published an open invitation to tender for a study on Community law in the consumer field and the Information Society. The study is aimed to examine whether the existing body of Community consumer law adequately responds to the new environment of the Information Society, identifying gaps, if necessary, and providing suggestions on how to rectify them. Tenderers must include an indication of the academic and professional qualifications of the service provider when they respond to the call.
