Documents forwarded by the Commission to the Council, 1-22 January 1993
The Commission of the European Communities has forwarded to the Council during the period 1-22 January 1993 the following documents having bearing on RTD-related subjects: - A reexamined proposal for a Council Regulation (EEC) on the evaluation and control of the environmental risks of existing substances(COM(92) 601 of 4.1.1993; - A proposal for a Council Regulation (EEC) establishing a cohesion fund interim instrument, and amended draft proposal for a Council Regulation establishing a cohesion fund (COM(92) 599 of 23.12.1992); - A proposal for a Council Decision on a multiannual programme (1993-1996) of Community measures to intensify the priority areas of policy for enterprise, in particular SMEs, in the Community (COM(92) 470 of 13.1.1993); - A proposal for a Council Decision on a multiannual programme (1994-1997) of Community measures to ensure the continuity of policy for enterprise in the Community (also COM(92) 475 of 13.1.1993); - A proposal for a Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom) concerning the provision of technical assistance to economic reform and recovery in the independent States of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and Mongolia (COM(92) 475 of 25.11.1992).
