Organization of the information and communication technologies conference: Revised call
The Commission of the European Communities, DG XIII, issues a restricted call for tenders to assist the Commission in the preparation and organization of the annual Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) Conference for the year 1993. This notice cancels and replaces that which was published for the same works in the Official Journal of the European Communities No C 7 of 12.1.1993. Work required from the contractor in relation to the call is to be executed during the fourth quarter of 1993. The contractor should be ready to start preparation from June 1993. If two or more applicants submit a joint bid, one must be designated as the lead contractor and agent responsible. The lead contractor must be able to carry out the work in Brussels. Requests to participate in the call must include (under penalty of exclusion): A list of similar work undertaken; proof that the applicant is competent in the specified field; proof of ability to assume the entirety of the requested work; legal status; annual turnover; number of permanent staff; principal conferences organized during the last two years; list of services provided in the context of these conferences. The contractor will establish a bank guarantee in favour of the Commission covering the deposit paid by the Commission.
