The Commission of the European Communities gives notice of an invitation to tender issued by the Government of Bulgaria for a project financed by the PHARE programme for the supply of computer systems and other equipment for health sector management (no further specification is given in the call).

Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the Member States of the European Community, and of Albania, Bulgaria, The Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Supplies offered must originate in the above States.
