Assessment of plans to limit emissions of volatile organic compounds
The European Commission, DG XI, has published an open call for tenders for a study assessing 'national plans' to limit emissions of volatile organic compounds resulting from the use of organic solvents in certain activities and installations. The study will aim to develop an analytical assessment methodology, supplemented with appropriate criteria for assessing 'national plans' according to Article 6 of a Council Directive 1999/13/EC.
