How 'green' are infrastructure investment projects?
Experts with a good knowledge of the European Union's environmental acquis and technical knowledge for project analysis in the field of air, water and waste are sought to carry out a technical assistance contract for the European Commission, DG XI. The experts will evaluate the environmental component of large infrastructure investment projects, mainly in the fields of environment and transport for the ten accession countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Successful tenderers will also have extensive experience on environmental impact assessment and good knowledge of the Central and Eastern European countries and their environmental problems. The Commission has set aside a budget of 120,000 euro for this invitation to tender.
