EU electronic public procurement pilot projects
The European Commission DG XV has issued a tender notice for general management services. These services should provide an analysis of electronic public procurement pilot projects in the European Union. The contractor will be required to identify and assess pilot projects on electronic public procurement carried out in Member States, and to evaluate these projects comparatively on the basis of the methodology proposed in the tender, with particular regard to the concrete results and a cost/benefit analysis. Furthermore the contractors should aim to propose recommendations for the future development of possible follow-up projects.
