Invitation to tender for informatics support services
A restricted invitation to tender has been issued by the European Community's Joint Research Centre for the provision of professional informatics services in support of administrative and managerial activities. Areas of interest include management consulting, executive information systems, work-flow analysis, procedure design, electronic forms, data repositories, systems for team communication and coordination and facility management. Services to be provided cover the life cycle of informatics tools, i.e. their design, development, installation, customization, maintenance, training, assistance, documentation and operation. A request to submit a quotation will be sent to selected companies among those replying to this invitation, and which have included in the reply all details as to their status and capabilities as specified in the tender. Invitations to tender will be sent immediately after the selection of interested companies has been made.
