DLR provides contact lists for accession countries
Germany's national aerospace research centre and space agency, DLR, has established on on-line information service for the accession states (ISA) as part of its new task of helping the accession states with their integration into the European Commission's Fifth RTD Framework Programme. It can be found at:: http://www.dlr.de/CEEC(opens in new window) The information includes, among other things, a search for partner institutes. This, says DLR, provides an instrument for the facilitation of contacts between institutes in the accession states and Germany by giving them the opportunity to describe their activities and advertise themselves as potential partners for proposals under FP5.
