State aid: Germany; Netherlands; Belgium
Authorization for State aid pursuant to Articles 92 and 93 of the EEC treaty (cases where the Commission raises no objections) is published with regard to the following RTD-related projects: - Germany (Sachsen-Anhalt): Aid for pilot and demonstration projects for energy conservation and use of renewable energies; maximum aid intensity of 40%; budget ECU 2.4 million per year during 1993 and 1994; duration indefinite. - The Netherlands: 1993 subsidies schemes for wind energy utilization (1), for energy saving techniques (2), and for energy-efficient and low-emission heating appliances (3); overall budget of ECU 81.97 million broken down between the three areas; aid intensity 17.5% to 35% of gross. - Belgium: Automation and restructuring of production lines for high value added dairy products and the introduction of new forms of market preparation (NV Stabilac); Regional aid 5%, Community aid 5%, to be paid over a period of four years.
