TACIS: Computer equipment for Russia
The Commission of the European Communities issues an invitation to tender on behalf of the Government of Russia for a project financed by the TACIS programme for the supply and installation of computer equipment for the Russian State tax service. Participation is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons of the Member States of the European Community, of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, the Russian Federation, Tadjikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan. Supplies offered must originate in the above States.
