INNO INDIGO Joint Call 2014 on "Clean Water and Health"

Within the framework of the INDIGO Partnership Programme (IPP), an EU-India joint call for proposals on « Clean Water and Health » is now open!

The INNO INDIGO Joint Call on "Clean Water and Health" has been launched on 8 July and will be open until 15 October 2014. The sub-thematic areas are: - Development and applications of membrane technology in water purification/sanitation - Membrane bioreactor applications at domestic and industrial wastewater management - Reuse of municipal/industrial wastewater INNO INDIGO is an ERA-NET with India funded under the FP7. It is the follow-up of New INDIGO (2009-2013) which successfully launched 4 calls for proposals and led to the funding of 22 networking and 13 research projects, connecting more than 130 excellent researchers from Europe and India. Research and development projects will be funded for a period of 3 years. Each project consortium applying for this call should consist of at least 3 partners, 1 from India and 2 from two different European countries participating in the Call. Partners from countries that do not participate in the INDIGO Joint Call may participate as additional partners in a project if they can prove that they have secured funding from other sources that allows them to fulfil their obligations within the consortium. Applications may be submitted by academics, higher education institutions and/or research organisations. SMEs are also eligible depending on national regulations.
