Legislation on the storage of radioactive waste - prior information
A study contract concerning the legislation on the storage of radioactive waste will shortly be required by the European Commission's Environment Directorate-General. The work will focus on the current regulatory situation relating to medium and long-term storage of long-lived low and intermediate level radioactive waste and high level radioactive waste in each Member State of the European Union as well as in the Central and Eastern European applicant countries. Between 200,000 and 300,000 euro should be available to carry out this work.
