European IT Observatory Report now available
The annual analysis of information technology-related trends and developments compiled by EITO, the European IT Observatory, is now available. The highlights of the 2000 edition include the ICT market in Europe, the technological evolution of ICT and standards, country by country estimates of the use of PCs, the Internet and related products, the impact of e-commerce, the future of telecommunications and the adoption of ICT and related products by European consumers. The report is compiled from research sponsored by the European Commission and leading trade bodies and companies, and is overseen by an editorial task force of leading market research specialists. Comprising almost 500 pages of data and analysis on IT, telecoms, Internet, e-commerce and related information, the report will be of interest to market researchers, economic developers, web site owners, policy makers and advisors.
